Privacy Notice & GDPR

By booking and attending our outdoor sessions, you confirm that you have read and understood this Privacy Notice.

The personal information you provide will be processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. We collect and use this information to safely deliver our sessions, communicate with you, and meet our legal responsibilities.

Where necessary, relevant personal information (including medical or emergency contact details) may be shared with authorised Wild Kind Collective staff members to protect the health, safety and wellbeing of your child. Information will only be shared on a need-to-know basis.

We will not share your personal information with third parties unless required by law, necessary to safeguard a child or vulnerable person, or required to protect the vital interests of your child in an emergency.

We retain personal information only for as long as it is necessary. General booking and participant information will be securely deleted once it is no longer required for the purposes for which it was collected, unless we are legally required to keep it for longer. Where records relate to safeguarding concerns, they will be retained in line with current safeguarding guidance and legal requirements. This may be until the child reaches 25 years of age, or until 75 years of age in cases of serious safeguarding concerns.
